The main site for University Academy Keighley, this website which was designed, planned, project managed and supported by Red Squirrel Media. This was a complete over-haul of the site which was already based on a previous version of my CMS. UAK had gone through a branding exercise and therefore needed a new site to reflect the new brand.
For the development I used the latest version of my own custom CMS using the Zend framework, full page management using templates and placeholders, 301 redirect management for SEO purposes and WYSIWYG editor for content management. All site designs were created from supplied PSD files and validated as XHTML. The site also includes some jQuery for the front page news items and cross fading.
