‘Provocation Films’ is essentially an umbrella under which a number of creatives gather to contribute their storytelling and production skills. The collective was started in 2008 by producer/editor Simon Dempsey as a means to produce the debut documentary, No Bright Lights in partnership with Networks Romania.
