Episode 7. When times are hard and bowls of credit crunch are all that’s being served up, a business needs to look inward and call on the support of its staff.
I think it was Roy Castle that once said, “Motivation” is what you need or dedication, whatever, I always thought that you need to be of the school of thought “A happy worker is a productive worker”, how wrong was I! It turns out that the best motivation technique is to constantly annoy your staff, kick em whilst they are down and generally flip them the bird so that any form of positivity is actually a real treat :D, I sometimes like to sing this to the U2 song Elevation “Mot-I-Vation, Wooo Hooo Oooo, Wooo Hooo Oooo!!!”
